<p>韓国伝統茶が好きで特に棗茶とオミジャチャが好きだ。最近は韓国で棗茶ばかり買っていたから今回はオミジャチャを2種類買ってきた。</p> <p>オミジャ茶（五味子茶）は、韓国の伝統的なお茶で、チョウセンゴミシの果実を乾燥させたもので、<strong>「酸味・苦味・甘味・辛味・塩味」の５つの味がする</strong>ということが、その名前の由来だそうだ。（小さい木の実を乾燥させたものを「子」で表すそう）。</p> <p><strong>咳止め、口の渇き、消化促進、疲労回復などの効果</strong>があると言われている。</p> <p>５つの味を同時に感じるというより、口に含んでから時間差で味が変化したり、飲む人やその日によって違う味に感じられます。酸味や苦味を感じやすいため、韓国のお店で飲む時は、砂糖やはちみつなどで味が調えられていることがあるそうだ。味によって対応する臓器が変わってくるため、その日の体調でどの臓器が弱っているかにより、五味子茶を飲んだ時に強く感じる味が変わるといわれている。</p> <p><strong>【酸味】肝臓、胆嚢</strong><br> ・イライラ、喉のつまり、胸苦しさ、生理不順、眼精疲労、めまい、爪の荒れ、顔のほてりなど</p> <p><strong>【苦味】心臓、象徴</strong><br> ・動悸、寝汗、のぼせ、口の渇き、手足の冷え、不眠、疲労感、口内炎など</p> <p><strong>【甘味】脾臓、胃</strong><br> ・食欲不振、腹部の張り、下痢、軟便、むくみ、汗のかき過ぎなど</p> <p><strong>【辛味】肺、大腸</strong><br> ・息切れ、か細い声、汗をかきやすい、肌の乾燥、鼻づまりなど</p> <p><strong>【塩味】腎臓、膀胱</strong><br> ・頻尿、記憶力の低下、白髪、抜け毛、生殖器のトラブルなど</p> <p>私はいつも甘みと酸味感じる。眼精疲労で酸味。胃腸の不調で甘みを感じるのかも。</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://www.b-ishiki.com/storage/app/uploads/public/67e/252/a5b/thumb_32462_3196_2400_0_0_auto.jpeg" style="height:240px; width:319px"></p> <p>ひとつは粉末でビタミン入り、もう一つはチェジュ島のエキスタイプ。ビタミン入りの方が元々酸味が強いのかも。エキスタイプの方が韓国で飲むオミジャチャに近い。</p> <p>今日も甘くて酸っぱかった。</p>
